- People who carry a gene mutation linked to Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancer (HBOC) or Lynch Syndrome (LS)
- People who have at least one living blood relative
- Both men and women are eligible

- People who do not currently live in Switzerland
- People who are seriously ill and would not be able to complete the trial's CASCADE survey
- People who are living in an institution such as a nursing home, or who are currently incarcerated
