Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (specifically a type called adenocarcinoma), confirmed through a tissue sample examination.

- People who have another type of cancer that has not been fully treated, or where the cancer has been gone for three years or less. People who have had any cancer affecting the urinary or kidney system (such as bladder or kidney cancer) are not eligible, regardless of how long they have been cancer-free.
- People who have serious problems with organ function that the trial doctors believe may significantly affect the body's chemistry — for example, certain levels of kidney markers or blood sugar, active heart failure symptoms, or other significant metabolic conditions.
- People who have had a significant infection or inflammation within 8 weeks before their prostate biopsy.
- People who are taking medications that the trial doctors believe could meaningfully affect the body's chemical or protein profiles.
- People whose life expectancy is less than 12 months.
