Who might be able to join this trial:

- You must speak Portuguese fluently or as your native language

Who may not be able to join:
- You are under 18 years old

- You have nerve pain that travels down your leg from your spine (confirm with trial site)
- You have an active rheumatological disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus
- You have a spine deformity that you were born with or developed over time (confirm with trial site)
- You have had a fracture of the lower spine, whether from an injury, illness, or brittle bones
- You have had surgery on your lower spine
- Your MRI scan images are poor quality or incomplete
- You have taken steroid tablets or injections throughout your whole body within the last month
- You have received a steroid injection into your spine joints within the last six months
- You have diabetes that is not well controlled
- You have a known allergy to anaesthetics or have had a bad reaction to steroids in the past
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- You would not be reachable by phone during the follow-up period after treatment
