Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People with a confirmed tissue diagnosis of prostate adenocarcinoma (a specific type of prostate cancer) at various stages, for whom treatment has been recommended
- People who are willing and able to provide written consent to participate

- People who need to take steroid medications at the start of or during the study
- People who have been diagnosed with another cancer in the past 5 years
- (For one specific group only) People who have not had antibiotic treatment in the 2 months before enrolling
- (For another specific group only) People who have previously had major surgery or radiotherapy to treat prostate cancer, or who have previously received hormonal treatments
- (For other specific groups only) Additional restrictions around prior antibiotic use and previous hormonal treatments for advanced disease may apply depending on which group a person is being considered for (confirm with trial site)
