Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with early-stage prostate cancer, confirmed through a tissue or cell sample test.
• Your cancer is classified as either "low-risk" or "favorable intermediate-risk" based on specific test results, including your PSA level, Gleason score, and biopsy results (confirm with trial site if unsure of your risk category).
• You may have already started hormone therapy (to lower testosterone), as long as it began no more than 6 months before the planned treatment, and the total course of hormone therapy is between 4 and 36 months.

• You are able to understand the study information and are willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have previously had radiation therapy to the prostate or the lower belly/pelvic area.
• You have had another type of cancer within the last 5 years, unless it was a certain type of skin cancer (basal cell or squamous cell) that was fully removed with minor surgery.
• You are currently taking part in another clinical trial involving an experimental treatment.
• You have a serious uncontrolled illness, such as an active infection, heart failure, chest pain, or an irregular heartbeat.
• You are unable to receive any form of anesthesia (general, spinal, or local).
• You have had a previous prostate procedure (called a TURP) that left a large enough defect that your doctor believes it would interfere with the planned treatment.
