Who might be able to join this trial:
- You must have previously taken part in a specific earlier study called "VANDAAM" (study MCC#18523)
- Your genetic test result from that earlier study (called a Decipher score) must have come back as high-risk, meaning a score above 0.45
- You must have had your genetic test successfully completed on a tissue sample taken during a biopsy or surgery

- You may not be able to join if there is no medical follow-up information available about your health after your prostate cancer treatment
- You may not be able to join if you are unable to have a PET scan (a type of medical imaging) due to other existing health conditions or if you experience severe claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces)
- You may not be able to join if you have recently received certain medical substances, including a radioactive medication within a specific time window, an injected dye used in X-rays within the last 24 hours, or a certain type of thick oral contrast drink within the last 5 days (confirm exact timing with trial site)
