Who might be able to join this trial:

- People with serious medical conditions, such as heart disease, that may make it difficult to tolerate the treatments involved
- People aged over 65 years
- Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or of childbearing age who are unwilling to use contraception
- People with uncontrolled seizures, psychiatric conditions, or who are unable to manage their own behaviour
- People who would not agree to surgery after the initial chemotherapy phase of the trial
- People considered unsuitable by the trial investigators for any other reason
