Who might be able to join this trial:
- Men who are suspected of having prostate cancer but have not yet been diagnosed
- Men who are already scheduled for, or are due to be scheduled for, a prostate biopsy as part of their normal medical care
Who may not be able to join:
- Men from whom blood and urine samples cannot be collected according to the trial's standard procedures, or who cannot have a proper rectal examination performed
- Men who are unable to undergo or tolerate a prostate MRI scan, or where the MRI could not be completed
- Men who have already been diagnosed with prostate cancer
- Men who have had a previous prostate MRI, unless that earlier MRI is being used as the reference scan for this trial (in which case an MRI taken up to one year before the consent date may be accepted — confirm with trial site)
- Men who are currently taking part in another clinical trial related to prostate disease
- Men who have previously had prostate surgery, including procedures such as TURP, TUNA, TUMT, HoLEP, Rezūm, or UroLift
- Men who have previously had certain specific prostate cancer biomarker tests (PCA3, TMPRSS2:ERG, or the MiPS panel) performed for clinical purposes
