Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease that is mild to moderate in severity (based on a standard medical rating scale).
- You are 60 years old or older.
- You have reduced or impaired function in both of your inner ears (the parts that help control balance).
- You are able to take part in study activities, including balance tests, walking assessments, memory and thinking tests, and a balance training program.

Who may not be able to join:
- You have been diagnosed with severe Alzheimer's disease (based on a standard medical rating scale).
- You have mild memory or thinking problems that do not meet the criteria for Alzheimer's disease, or you have a different type of dementia (such as Parkinson's disease dementia, Lewy body dementia, vascular dementia, or others).
- You are unable to take part in study activities due to serious health conditions, significant agitation, or because you use a walking aid such as a cane or walker.
- You take certain daily medications for dizziness or balance (specifically antihistamines or benzodiazepines), as these can affect how the body responds to balance training.
- You are not available to attend the full 8-week program of weekly visits and daily home exercises.
