Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are female and aged 18 or older

• People whose oncologist has provided written permission for them to take part in the study
• People who have been assessed by their medical oncologist as "clinically stable," meaning: no unintentional weight loss, no new symptoms or changes in physical functioning in the past 4 weeks, no signs in tests or scans of the cancer getting worse, no recent or planned changes to cancer treatment, and no severe pain
• People who are expected to live for more than 6 months
• People who have access to a mobile phone
• People who speak and understand English fluently
• People who are not currently meeting the American Cancer Society's recommended guidelines for nutrition or physical activity for cancer survivors, as shown through a questionnaire

Who may not be able to join:

• People who do not meet all of the above criteria
