Study 1 – Initial Assessment/Screening

- People who are currently taking medications that cause significant tiredness or affect thinking and mental functioning
- People whose first language is not English
- People who have significant uncontrollable movements of the arms or head, or who grind their teeth, as this can affect the quality of brain signal recordings
Study 2 – Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) Training
- People whose Study 1 results showed no active brain responses — where there was no measurable difference from baseline activity (confirm with trial site for full details, as the source criteria appear incomplete)
