Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have been diagnosed with Barrett's Esophagus, either now or in the past
- You are over 18 years old
- You are able to understand and sign a consent form agreeing to take part
Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently pregnant
- You are currently taking blood-thinning medications, anti-platelet medications, or NSAIDs (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) at the time of the procedure
- You have a history of blood clotting or bleeding disorders
- You have a narrowing of the esophagus (food pipe) that is too small to allow a capsule to pass through safely
- You have a known history of enlarged veins in your esophagus (called esophageal varices)
- You are over 80 years old
