Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are aged 65 or older at the time of signing consent
- People who can speak and understand English or Spanish
- People who have enough physical ability to use a computer for exercises (such as touching a screen or using a mouse)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently taking part in another clinical trial, treatment study, or research study that tests or measures thinking and memory
- People who have previously taken part in a study about cognitive (thinking and memory) training
- People who report vision, hearing, or physical difficulties that would make it hard to complete the study activities
- People who have a self-reported diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment, dementia, stroke, traumatic brain injury, brain tumour, or a neurological condition that affects thinking (such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis), or any unstable medical condition that may soon affect thinking or daily functioning (such as heart failure, severe lung disease requiring oxygen, or currently receiving chemotherapy or radiation)
- People who are currently taking medications typically prescribed for dementia, such as Namenda, Memantine, Namzaric, Donepezil, Aricept, Rivastigmine, Exelon, Razadyne, Galantamine, Reminyl, aducanumab, or Aduhelm
- People who have completed 10 or more hours of a computerised brain training program in the past 5 years, such as Lumosity, Posit Science Brain Fitness, InSight, Brain HQ, Lace, CogMed, CogniFit, Happy Neuron, Elevate, or Dakim
- People with severe depressive symptoms, based on a standard depression screening score of 5 or higher (the Geriatric Depression Scale)
