Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 60 or older
- People who speak fluent English or Spanish
- People with vision and hearing good enough to complete computer-based and cognitive tests
- People who are in generally good health, with no conditions expected to interfere with the study

- People with serious neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, brain cysts, brain tumours, or brain aneurysms
- People with significant other major health conditions (note: type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure are NOT disqualifying for this trial)
- People with serious psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or ADHD (note: depression and anxiety are NOT disqualifying for this trial)
- People who already have a diagnosis of dementia or mild cognitive impairment
- People who have had issues with alcohol or substance misuse within the past two years
- People for whom an MRI scan is not safe — for example, those with a pacemaker, metal implants, aneurysm clips, artificial heart valves, ear implants, or metal fragments in the eyes, skin, or body; also people who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant
- People for whom a PET scan is not safe — for example, those with significant prior exposure to radiation, or who are pregnant
