Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate adenocarcinoma (a specific type of prostate cancer)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have previously had radiation therapy to the pelvic area
- People with serious medical or mental health conditions that, in the opinion of the treating doctor, would prevent them from completing treatment or attending follow-up appointments
- People who have an implanted device or object that would block the ability to see implanted sources on X-ray imaging
- People with certain metal implants in their body, severe claustrophobia that cannot be managed with medication, or any other known reason they cannot safely have an MRI scan
- People who have been diagnosed with another type of cancer within the past 3 years
