Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a man who has been diagnosed with prostate cancer (confirmed by a tissue sample) that has spread to other parts of the body, and you are starting your first main treatment for this advanced stage

Who may not be able to join:
- You have had another cancer in the past 5 years, except for certain common types of skin cancer
- You have had a heart attack, unstable chest pain, heart surgery, stroke, or a mini-stroke, or have serious heart failure within the last 6 months
- You have high blood pressure that is not under control
- You have low blood pressure that is not under control
- You have already received drug treatments (other than standard hormone therapy) for the castration-resistant stage of your prostate cancer before joining this trial
- You have a serious ongoing medical condition that could put you at higher risk of harm or affect the trial results
- You are unable to follow the trial's procedures and requirements
- You are currently in another clinical trial that could conflict with this one, or have received an experimental treatment or had major surgery in the last 28 days
- The trial doctor believes, for any reason, that taking part would put you at risk or affect the trial results
- You have a medical condition — such as significant heart or liver disease — that would make it unsafe to use the treatments in this trial
