For patients:
- Children or teenagers aged between 6 and 18 years old
- Both boys and girls are eligible

For healthy volunteers (controls):

Who may not be able to join:
For patients:
- You have received steroid medication (taken throughout the body, not just locally) for more than 1 week during the 30 days before the test
- You have a medical reason that means you cannot safely do physical activity or exercise
- You currently have an active infection
For healthy volunteers (controls):
- You have a medical reason that means you cannot safely do physical activity or exercise
- You have a long-term health condition that could affect muscle mass, muscle function, metabolism, or body composition
- You are taking any medication that could affect your metabolism
- You currently have an active infection
