Who might be able to join this trial:

• Adults aged 18 years or older (men and women)
• People who have signed a consent form agreeing to participate
• People whose vision prescription (short-sightedness, long-sightedness, or astigmatism) is below 3 diopters
• People who are able and willing to follow the study instructions

For healthy volunteers:

• People with no eye conditions or abnormalities found during an eye examination

For people with Primary Open Angle Glaucoma (POAG):

• People who have been diagnosed with a type of glaucoma called Primary Open Angle Glaucoma
• People whose glaucoma has caused a level of vision field loss measured at 10 decibels (dB) or less (confirm with trial site)

For people with Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD):

• People who have been diagnosed with the "dry" form of age-related macular degeneration
• People whose dry AMD has been classified as Stage II or Stage III

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have eye abnormalities that would prevent accurate measurements being taken
• People who have eye inflammation or other eye conditions that could interfere with the study
• People who have taken certain light-sensitive medications in the 3 months before the study (confirm which medications apply with the trial site)
• People who have a condition that may cause sensitivity to light, including lupus (SLE), Porphyria, Vitiligo, Xeroderma Pigmentosum, or Albinism
• People who have any form of epilepsy
• People who have had eye surgery in the 3 months before the study
• People who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or currently breastfeeding
• People who have a serious ongoing or recent medical or surgical illness or disease
