  • You have an unstable or poorly controlled heart condition, such as unstable chest pain (angina), an irregular heartbeat that is not controlled, active inflammation of the heart muscle or heart lining, or uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • You currently have an infection affecting your whole body
  • You are currently receiving treatment for cancer (such as chemotherapy or radiation)
  • Your amputation was caused by an injury/accident or by cancer
