Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are a woman aged 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with breast cancer where the main tumor is larger than 2 cm
- Your overall health meets the requirements needed to receive chemotherapy
- Your blood counts are within a healthy range (including red blood cells, platelets, and white blood cells)
- Your kidneys are functioning well enough, based on a blood test result (confirm with trial site)

- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- You have a history of a connective tissue disease (such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis)
- You have a history of a skin condition affecting the breast
- Your general health and ability to carry out daily activities is significantly limited (confirm with trial site)
- You have moderate or severe nerve damage causing numbness, tingling, or pain in your hands or feet
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body beyond the breast
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to ingredients found in ultrasound gel
