Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who are taking certain other medications that interact with a liver enzyme called CYP2C8 within the past 2 weeks (confirm with trial site for specific medications)
- People who still have unresolved side effects from previous treatment that are above a mild level, with the exception of hair loss or moderate nerve-related symptoms
- People with severe or poorly controlled ongoing illnesses affecting the body overall
- People with any other serious uncontrolled health condition
- People with a specific irregularity in their heart's electrical activity, detected on a heart tracing test (confirm with trial site)
