Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 18 and 70 years old.
• You are reasonably active and able to care for yourself, even if you cannot do heavy physical work (confirm with trial site regarding fitness level assessment).
• After surgery, your tissue sample clearly confirmed you have invasive breast cancer.
• Your cancer is considered "low risk" based on specific features of how far it has spread to nearby lymph nodes, your age, and the type of breast cancer you have (confirm with trial site for full details).
• The cancer in your lymph nodes under the arm falls into one of these categories: tiny amounts of cancer cells found (micrometastasis), 1–2 lymph nodes affected found during a sentinel node biopsy, or 1–3 lymph nodes affected found during more extensive lymph node removal.
• You had surgery to either remove the whole breast (with or without reconstruction) or just the tumor area (breast-conserving surgery).
• Within the last 3 months before starting radiotherapy, scans and tests confirmed the cancer has not spread to other parts of your body.
• Within the last 12 months before starting radiotherapy, a mammogram and/or MRI confirmed no cancer in your other breast.
• You have completed at least 4 rounds of chemotherapy after surgery using specific drug types (anthracycline or taxane), unless a special gene test showed your cancer was low risk and chemotherapy could be safely skipped.
• Your radiotherapy is planned to start no later than 8 weeks after finishing chemotherapy.
• Enough tissue samples from your surgery are available for a specific genetic test called RecurIndex.
• You have not had any other cancer in the past, except for a type of non-serious skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma.
• You have read and signed a consent form agreeing to take part in the trial.

Who may not be able to join:

• Your cancer has been classified at a more advanced stage (T3–4, N0, N2–3, or M1) before joining the trial.
• You received any treatment before surgery, such as chemotherapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy, or radiotherapy.
• You had your whole breast removed but only had a sentinel lymph node biopsy (without more extensive lymph node removal).
• You have had breast cancer in your other breast at any point in the past.
• You have previously had radiotherapy to your chest area.
• You have a serious existing condition affecting your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, blood, nervous system, or mental health.
• You have a history of certain autoimmune diseases, such as scleroderma or active lupus.
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
