Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs), in any of the main types (Groups I, II, III, or IV)
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People whose kidneys are functioning above a certain level, based on a blood test result called eGFR being greater than 25 (confirm with trial site)
- People with a body mass index (a measure of body weight relative to height) below 35
- People who have a pulmonary artery branch measuring at least 7mm in size (confirm with trial site)
- Women of childbearing age who have a negative pregnancy test

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose pulmonary hypertension is classified as Group IV (a specific type caused by blood clots)
- People who currently have an active infection
- People who have a blood clot in the lung (pulmonary embolus) or a blood clot in a deep vein (deep vein thrombosis)
- People who have had a major heart or cardiovascular event within the past 2 months
- People who have had a specific type of heart device called a cardiac resynchronisation therapy (CRT) device fitted within the past 3 months
- People who have a mechanical valve on the right side of their heart
- People with a known disorder affecting how their blood clots
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to aspirin or clopidogrel (common blood-thinning medications)
