Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have at least two relatives who have had pancreatic cancer, and at least one of them is a close relative (such as a parent, sibling, or child), up to a third-degree relative (such as a great-grandparent or cousin)
- You have a known gene change (mutation) in BRCA2, BRCA1, p16, or PALB2, AND at least one close or fairly close relative (parent, sibling, child, grandparent, aunt, or uncle) who has had pancreatic cancer

- You have Lynch Syndrome AND at least one close or fairly close relative who has had pancreatic cancer
To take part in the imaging/scanning follow-up part of the trial, you also need to meet one of these age requirements:
- You are at least 45 years old, OR at least 10 years younger than the youngest family member who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (for family history cases)
- You are at least 40 years old, OR at least 5 years younger than the youngest family member diagnosed with pancreatic cancer (for those with hereditary pancreatitis, Lynch Syndrome, or BRCA1/2, PALB2, or p16 gene mutations with a family history of pancreatic cancer)
- You are at least 30 years old (for those with FAMMM or Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome)
Who may not be able to join:
- You are currently pregnant
