Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are a healthy person without any medical condition that affects brain function, and you do not have problems with concentration, memory, balance, or coordination.
• You have been referred by your doctor because you may have a condition affecting the flow of fluid around your brain (such as normal pressure hydrocephalus), which can sometimes cause headaches or difficulty thinking clearly.
• You have been referred by your doctor because you have difficulties with memory or thinking, including conditions such as Alzheimer's disease.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a medical device in your body that is not safe to use near an MRI scanner (for example, certain pacemakers or metal implants).
• You would need to be sedated (given medication to make you drowsy or unconscious) in order to have the scan.
• You are pregnant or think you might be pregnant.
• If you have normal pressure hydrocephalus and you are among the first 10 patients enrolled, you must not have previously had a shunt (a device surgically placed to drain fluid from the brain) — confirm with trial site if you are unsure how this applies to you.
