You are between 45 and 80 years old
You are an outpatient (not currently staying in hospital) attending the new patient clinic at the Cross Cancer Institute with a diagnosis of colorectal cancer or breast cancer at stage II or III
You are able to complete your first study visits within about 4 weeks of starting chemotherapy, or at least 4 weeks after surgery if you are not having chemotherapy
