Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are generally well enough to carry out daily activities with little or no limitation (known as an ECOG performance score of 0 or 1)
• People whose blood test results meet specific levels for white blood cells, platelets, haemoglobin, potassium, liver function, and kidney function (confirm specific values with trial site)
• People aged 18 or older at the time of signing the consent form
• People who are able to understand and sign an informed consent form

Who may not be able to join:

• People with chronic active hepatitis B or C infection
• People who have had another cancer (not prostate cancer) that required systemic treatment (such as chemotherapy) within the last 2 years — with the exception of certain non-spreading bladder cancers or non-melanoma skin cancers
• People with a serious medical condition that would prevent them from safely undergoing the specialised PET/CT imaging used in this trial or from receiving the planned treatment
• People with any condition affecting mental status that would prevent them from understanding or signing the consent form
• People whose life expectancy is estimated to be less than 12 weeks
• People who are unable to lie still during imaging scans
• People who weigh more than 300 pounds (approximately 136 kg), due to the limits of the imaging equipment
• People with any other medical condition that, in the opinion of the trial doctor, would prevent them from safely receiving or tolerating the planned treatment or follow-up
