• People who have had a heart attack or stroke in the past 3 months
• People with serious medical conditions such as lung disease requiring oxygen, Parkinson's disease, a life-threatening illness with less than six months life expectancy, or cancer that has been treated in the past two years (though people treated for an early-stage cancer with an excellent outlook may still be considered — confirm with trial site)
