Who might be able to join this trial:

• Women between the ages of 19 and 80 at the time of screening
• People whose breast cancer has been confirmed by a laboratory test (biopsy) to be an invasive type
• People whose cancer is fuelled by hormones — specifically, testing positive for estrogen receptors (ER+) and/or progesterone receptors (PR+)
• People whose cancer tests negative for a protein called HER2 (HER2-)

• People whose cancer is assessed as "clinically high risk" using a specific risk calculation tool called modified Adjuvant! Online (confirm with trial site)
• People who agree to have genetic testing done
• People whose major organs (such as liver and kidneys) are functioning adequately
• People whose cancer is assessed as "genomically low risk" using a specific test called GenesWell BCT (confirm with trial site)
• People with a new, first-time primary breast cancer (not a recurrence)
• People who have had surgery with the aim of fully removing the cancer
• People who have given their own written consent to participate in the trial

Who may not be able to join:

• People whose cancer tests negative for both estrogen and progesterone receptors (ER- and PR-)
• People whose cancer tests positive for the HER2 protein (HER2+)
• People whose cancer has spread more extensively to the underarm lymph nodes (pN2 or pN3)
• People who received chemotherapy before their surgery
• People who received radiotherapy before their surgery
• People whose tumour is smaller than 0.5 cm
• People whose cancer is assessed as "clinically low risk" using the risk calculation tool
• People for whom a preserved tumour tissue sample (FFPE) is not available for testing
• People who have chronic liver disease, a history of stroke or other cerebrovascular disease, a long-term mental health condition, or who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or of childbearing potential
• People whom the trial investigators consider unsuitable for participation for other medical reasons
• People who have had breast cancer before or have previously been treated for breast cancer
• People who have not yet had surgery
