Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with breast cancer (confirmed by laboratory tissue testing) and either need a mastectomy (full breast removal surgery) or have already had one
- People for whom radiation therapy to the chest wall after mastectomy is recommended
- People who have agreed to have, or have already had, an immediate breast reconstruction using an implant (either in one or two stages, with or without a supportive mesh material)

- People who are able to attend follow-up appointments near the trial location
- People enrolled in the French national social security system
- People who have signed consent before any trial procedures begin
Who may not be able to join:
- People having breast reconstruction using a tissue flap (using the patient's own body tissue rather than an implant)
- People with inflammatory breast cancer (a specific advanced type affecting the skin)
- People with breast cancer that has grown into the skin or chest wall (certain advanced local stages)
- People whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic cancer)
- People who have cancer in both breasts at the same time
- People who have previously had radiation therapy to the same side of the chest for breast cancer
- People who have a history of cancer in the opposite breast
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who are unable to give informed consent due to legal, physical, psychological, or mental reasons
- People currently participating in, or planning to participate in, another interventional clinical trial during this study or within 12 months after completing radiation therapy
