Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older
- People who have been diagnosed with chronic plaque-type psoriasis
- People whose psoriasis affects between 3% and 8% of their body surface area
- People who have been receiving treatment with Taltz (ixekizumab) for at least 24 weeks
- Women who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test at the start of the study, and must be using an approved form of contraception (such as hormonal contraception, an IUD, tubal ligation, a partner's vasectomy, or a condom, diaphragm, cervical cap, or contraceptive sponge used with spermicide)
- People who are in generally good health aside from their psoriasis, as assessed by the study doctor based on medical history and physical examination
- People who are willing and able to provide written consent to participate before any study procedures begin
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose psoriasis affects less than 3% or more than 8% of their body surface area
- People who are not currently receiving Taltz, or who have been receiving Taltz for less than 24 weeks
- People who have any condition that the study doctor considers would put them at unacceptable risk by participating
- People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
- People who have taken part in another clinical trial drug study within the past 4 weeks (or longer, depending on the drug involved)
- People who have used oral (tablet or capsule) medications to treat psoriasis within the past 4 weeks
- People who have used other topical (applied to the skin) treatments for psoriasis within 2 weeks before the start of the study
- People who have received UVB light therapy within 2 weeks before the start of the study
- People who have received PUVA light therapy within 4 weeks before the start of the study
- People who have a known allergy to any of the ingredients in Enstilar® (the study treatment), as listed on its label
