Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are older than 6 months of age
- People who have a type of B cell lymphoma where the cancer cells carry specific markers on their surface (called CD19, CD22, CD70, PSMA, CD13, CD79b, or GD2)
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities is scored above 80 on a standard medical scale, and whose life expectancy is greater than one month
- People whose blood haemoglobin level (a measure of red blood cells) is above 80 g/L
- People who have no medical reasons preventing the collection of blood cells
Who may not be able to join:
- People who have another active illness at the same time that would make it difficult to measure how well the treatment is working
- People who have a bacterial, fungal, or viral infection that cannot be brought under control
- People who are living with HIV
- People who have active Hepatitis B (HBV) or Hepatitis C (HCV) infection
- People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- People who have been taking steroid medication that affects the whole body within one week before the treatment
- People who have previously tried CAR-T cell therapy and it did not work
