Who might be able to join this trial:

- People whose cancer is at a very early stage with no lymph node involvement (cT1N0), or at a very advanced local stage (cT4b), or whose cancer at stage cT4a has been assessed by the surgical team as not removable with the aim of curing the disease
- People who have not signed the required consent form
