Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with a spine condition called axial spondyloarthritis, confirmed using standard classification guidelines.
• You are aged 18 or older but younger than 80.
• You meet the local medical requirements to receive a type of medication called biologic therapy for your condition.
• You are able to read, write, understand, and fill in study questionnaires.
• You are willing to sign a consent form showing you understand what the study involves and agree to take part.

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a medical reason that makes it unsafe for you to take biologic medications.
• You have severely limited hip movement (less than 20 degrees of rotation in either hip).
• You have previously had a spinal fracture that caused symptoms such as pain.
• You have previously had surgery on your spine.
• You have previously had a hip replacement.
• You have a significant curvature of the spine (scoliosis), as judged by the study doctor.
• You have a medical reason that makes it unsafe for you to have an MRI scan.
• You have taken a biologic medication within the last 2 months.
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
