  • You have a significant curvature of the spine (scoliosis), as judged by the study doctor.
  • You have a medical reason that makes it unsafe for you to have an MRI scan.
  • You have taken a biologic medication within the last 2 months.
  • You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
