Who might be able to join this trial:

• People diagnosed with one of the following types of B-cell blood cancer: Burkitt lymphoma, Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma, Follicular Lymphoma, Mantle Cell Lymphoma, Marginal Zone Lymphoma, Transformed Follicular Lymphoma, Richter syndrome, or CD20+ Hodgkin Lymphoma.
• People whose cancer either did not respond to the first treatment, or has come back one, two, or three times, and who have had some level of response (complete, partial, or stable disease) after receiving further treatment.
• People with a physical functioning level of at least 50% as measured by a standard medical scale appropriate for their age (Karnofsky scale for those over 16, Lansky scale for those 16 and under).
• People with a life expectancy of more than 6 weeks.
• People who have fully recovered from the side effects of any previous chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiation therapy, and who have waited the required time since their last treatment (at least 2 weeks after standard chemotherapy, 4 weeks after a specific type called nitrosourea, and at least 7 days after a biological therapy).
• People whose kidneys are functioning adequately, based on specific blood and urine test results appropriate for their age and sex (confirm with trial site for exact values).
• People whose liver is functioning adequately, with bilirubin and liver enzyme levels within acceptable ranges for their age.
• People whose heart is functioning adequately, with specific measurements from a heart scan meeting required thresholds.
• People whose lungs are functioning adequately, with a normal breathing rate for their age and blood oxygen levels above 94% on room air (unless reduced levels are caused by the cancer itself).
• People who have had enough stem cells collected and stored from their own blood before starting the main treatment phase of the trial.
• All participants, and parents or legal guardians where applicable, must be willing and able to sign a written consent form.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have previously had a stem cell transplant.
• People whose lymphoma has spread to the central nervous system (brain or spinal cord) and is currently active.
• People who are currently taking another experimental treatment for B-cell lymphoma at the same time.
• People who are pregnant or currently breastfeeding.
• People who are sexually active and capable of having children, unless they have agreed to use an effective form of contraception for the entire time they are in the study.
• People who have an infection that is not currently under control.
• People who have significant nerve damage or nerve-related symptoms rated at Grade 3 or higher on a standard medical scale (confirm with trial site for exact definition).
