All groups:
- People who are 18 years of age or older
Retrospective Group A (past records review):
- People who may or may not have a cancer diagnosis
- People who received genetic counseling within the past 5 years
- People who have genetic variants in BRCA1, BRCA2, and/or Lynch syndrome genes

- People who have had a medical appointment at the trial site within the past 12 months
- People willing to create a secure Healthy Oregon Project (HOP) app account, sign a consent form, and provide a DNA sample
Group C:

Who may not be able to join:
- People under 18 years of age
- People who are already enrolled in Group A are not eligible to also enrol in Group B
