Who might be able to join this trial:

• Women between 18 and 75 years of age
• People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within a certain range, as measured by a standard medical scoring system called ECOG 0–2 (confirm with trial site)
• People who have been diagnosed through laboratory testing with a specific type of cancer — either epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer
• People whose cancer is classified as an advanced stage (Stage III or IV using international staging guidelines)
• People who have had surgery to remove as much of the tumour as possible, with no more than 1 cm of tumour remaining, and who completed no more than 9 cycles of standard chemotherapy (paclitaxel and platinum), achieved complete remission, and have normal CA125 levels (a blood marker for this cancer)
• People whose last chemotherapy treatment was no more than 8 months ago
• People whose blood and organ function test results meet specific minimum levels at the screening stage, including healthy enough levels of red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, and normal liver and kidney function markers (confirm specific values with trial site)
• People who are willing and able to sign a written consent form agreeing to take part
• People whose tumour testing shows a normal (non-mutated) version of the BRCA1/2 genes, confirmed by a qualified testing centre

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a primary or secondary immune system deficiency
• People who have any uncontrolled medical condition that could put them at high risk during treatment
• People who have taken part in another clinical trial and received an experimental treatment within the 30 days before joining this study
• People who have or have had a second type of cancer — with some exceptions, such as certain treated skin cancers, treated cervical cancer in early stages, Ductal Carcinoma in Situ (DCIS), early-stage endometrial cancer, or other cancers that were fully treated with no signs of return for 5 or more years (confirm with trial site)
• People with severe heart, lung, liver, or kidney failure
• People with an active or uncontrolled infection
• People who are legally unable to give consent, have limited legal capacity, or are held in an institution for legal or official reasons
• People who have previously received radiotherapy to the pelvis or abdomen
• People whose cancer type is mucinous adenocarcinoma or low-grade carcinoma
