Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women who have gone through menopause (either naturally, with no periods for 12 months, or due to surgical removal of the ovaries)
- People who have been diagnosed through a tissue or pathology test with stage III or IV ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer
- People whose general physical health and ability to carry out daily activities meets a certain minimum level, based on a standard medical scale (confirm with trial site)
- People with a life expectancy of more than one year
- People who have already had surgery to remove as much of the cancer as possible, or who are planned to have that surgery after starting chemotherapy
- People who have been prescribed at least six cycles of a platinum-based chemotherapy treatment

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have had any other type of cancer in the past, except for certain common skin cancers
- People who have received chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or a red blood cell-stimulating drug within the last 6 months
- People with a history of severe head injury
- People who have been diagnosed with dementia or another condition affecting the brain and nervous system over time
- People with severe depression or other serious mental health conditions that have not responded to treatment
- People with cancer that is known to have spread to the brain
- People currently dealing with an active infection that requires treatment
- People with a known disease that weakens the immune system
- People with active autoimmune diseases, such as lupus, where the immune system attacks the body
- People currently receiving medications that suppress the immune system
- People with a known diagnosis of HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
