Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People with a general health status rated as fully active or restricted only in physically strenuous activity (this is measured using a standard scale called ECOG Performance Status 0–1)

- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have a history of any other cancer
- People who, in the treating doctor's opinion, need palliative radiotherapy
- People with an active infection, heart failure, a heart attack within the past 6 months, unstable chest pain, or irregular heart rhythms
- People who have previously received a tumour vaccine, or who have received a live or weakened vaccine within the 4 weeks before treatment is due to start
- People with mental health conditions, drug misuse issues, or social circumstances that the treating doctor believes may affect their ability to follow the trial requirements
