Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women who are at least 18 years old on the day they sign the consent form
- People diagnosed with invasive breast cancer that has been confirmed by tissue testing, is HER-2 negative, and is at a specific stage — either Stage III (if hormone receptor positive) or Stage IIB/III (if hormone receptor negative), based on standard cancer staging guidelines
- People who are able to provide written consent to participate (or whose legal representative can do so on their behalf)
- People who agree to use contraception throughout the treatment period and for at least 120 days after the last dose of the study treatment
- People whose general physical ability and daily functioning falls within an acceptable range on a standard medical scale (called the ECOG scale, scored 0 to 2), assessed within 7 days before joining the trial
- People whose organs (such as liver and kidneys) are functioning adequately, based on tests done within 60 days before the start of treatment
- People whose heart is functioning adequately, confirmed by a heart scan (echocardiogram or MUGA scan) done within 60 days before the start of treatment

- People who do not meet all of the inclusion criteria listed above
