Who might be able to join this trial:

Who may not be able to join:
- You do not speak English, as communication during the exercise sessions is required

- Your most recent heart scan (echocardiogram) showed at least moderate problems with how well your heart pumps
- You have a history of chest pain during exercise
- Your congenital heart condition has not yet been repaired or treated with surgery
- You have had heart rhythm problems in the last year, such as certain types of irregular or abnormally fast heartbeats, or a specific type of heart block (confirm with trial site)
- You have noticeable symptoms affecting your daily activities due to your heart condition (confirm with trial site)
- You currently have another illness that would prevent you from taking part
- You have a cognitive (thinking or learning) difficulty that would make it hard to communicate during the exercise sessions
- You have another physical condition, unrelated to your heart, that limits your ability to exercise
