Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have signed a consent form agreeing to take part in the study
- People whose prostate cancer has been confirmed through a tissue sample (biopsy or similar test)
- People with prostate cancer that has spread to a limited number of sites in the body — specifically, no more than 4 areas in the bones (at any location) and/or any number of lymph nodes, with no spread to internal organs such as the liver or lungs
- People who have completed a baseline quality-of-life questionnaire called the E-PROM at the start of the study
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose prostate cancer has spread widely, including any spread to internal organs (such as the liver, lungs, or other visceral sites)
- People who are not able to follow the study procedures and requirements
- People who have other health conditions or are taking medications that may increase the risk of harmful side effects from radiation treatment (confirm with trial site)
- People whose radiation treatment would begin more than nine months after their prostate cancer was first diagnosed
- People who have severe urinary (bladder/urination) problems, as measured by a standard symptom score above 20 on the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS)
