Who might be able to join this trial:

If you are a healthy volunteer:

• You have no diagnosed lung conditions
• You are able to read and understand English or Spanish

If you have a lung condition:

• A doctor has diagnosed you with a lung or breathing problem
• Your lung condition has not gotten worse in the past 30 days
• You are able to read and understand English or Spanish

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a reason why having an MRI scan would not be safe for you (such as certain metal implants — confirm with trial site)
• You are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• The special vest worn during the MRI scan does not fit your body size
• You are unable to hold your breath for 15 to 16 seconds
• You may have difficulty following instructions during the scan
• The level of oxygen in your blood is too low, even when using extra oxygen support
• You have a cognitive or memory condition that would prevent you from giving informed consent to take part
• You are currently living in an institution (such as a care facility) (confirm with trial site)
