Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older, any gender
- People newly diagnosed with high-risk Large B-cell Lymphoma, which includes: (1) a specific type called DLBCL with a risk score of 3 or higher at diagnosis, (2) a high-grade B-cell lymphoma with certain gene changes involving MYC and BCL2 and/or BCL6, or (3) another type of high-grade B-cell lymphoma not fitting a specific category (confirm with trial site)
- People whose lymphoma cells have been confirmed to carry specific markers called CD19 and CD20
- People with a general health and activity level rated 0–2 on a standard medical scale, meaning able to carry out daily activities with at most some limitations
- People whose liver and kidney function test results fall within acceptable ranges as determined by the trial
- People whose heart scan shows the heart is pumping blood effectively (at least 50% efficiency)
- People with no active lung infection and whose blood oxygen level in normal air is at least 92%
- People whose life expectancy is estimated to be at least 3 months
- People, or their legal guardians, who agree to take part voluntarily and sign a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose lymphoma has spread to the brain or central nervous system, or who have a history of serious brain or nervous system conditions such as head trauma, loss of consciousness, epilepsy, stroke, or bleeding in the brain
- People whose heart electrical activity test (ECG) shows a specific irregularity called a prolonged QT interval, or who have a history of serious heart rhythm problems
- People with a severe active infection (though simple urinary tract infections or bacterial throat infections may not automatically exclude someone — confirm with trial site)
- People with an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection
- People who have previously been treated with any CAR-T cell therapy or similar genetically modified T-cell treatment
- People whose T cells do not respond adequately to a standard laboratory stimulation test (confirm with trial site)
- People with other serious uncontrolled medical conditions considered unsuitable for the trial
- People living with HIV
- People in any situation the trial doctor considers may put them at increased risk or may affect the trial results
