Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are older than 40 and younger than 80 years of age
- People who have a clinical suspicion or known history of prostate cancer, shown by at least one of the following: a PSA blood test result above 4ng/ml, an abnormal rectal examination finding, or a previous tissue sample (biopsy) that confirmed prostate cancer
- People who are already planning to have either an MRI-guided biopsy or surgical removal of the prostate as part of their prostate cancer investigation or treatment
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are unable to have an MRI scan for any reason
- People who are unable to receive contrast dye through a vein (an injection used to improve MRI images), based on the rules of the treating hospital or clinic
