- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer that has been confirmed through laboratory testing of tissue samples.
- People who have specific gene changes (variants) in certain genes, detected through any type of genetic testing. The genes involved include PIK3, AKT, PALB2, BRIP1, RAD50, RAD51, RAD54, RB1, SPOP, CDK12, genes related to the Wnt/B-catenin pathway, and/or genes linked to a DNA repair process called MMR (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, and EPCAM). People with a high number of gene mutations in their tumour (called high tumour mutation burden, or TMB-high) may also meet this criterion (confirm with trial site).
- People who have been considered an "exceptional responder" — meaning they had an unusually strong or long-lasting response to a previous cancer treatment, such as a complete disappearance of cancer or a significant and confirmed reduction that lasted an exceptionally long time.
- People aged 18 years or older.
- People who are able to understand the trial information and are willing to sign a written consent form agreeing to take part.
