Who might be able to join this trial:

• Women between 18 and 70 years old.

• Women who have already had chemotherapy for ovarian cancer, or radiotherapy to the abdomen or pelvis.
• Women who have a condition affecting their lymphatic system, including unexplained lymphoedema (swelling caused by fluid build-up).
• Women who have previously had lymph nodes removed from the area behind the abdomen.
• Women who have other medical conditions that make surgery unsafe.
• Women who are pregnant.
• Women who are unable to give informed consent, follow the trial requirements, or attend regular follow-up appointments.
