Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who have been diagnosed with breast cancer that has come back in the same breast (confirmed by tissue testing), and who are expected to have surgery for this

- People who are not considered suitable for a sentinel lymph node biopsy procedure (confirm with trial site)
- People whose original breast cancer surgery involved full breast removal (mastectomy) or full removal of the lymph nodes under the arm
- People whose cancer came back within one year of their original surgery
- People who are already known to have cancer in their underarm lymph nodes, confirmed by tissue or cell testing, before the second surgery
- People whose cancer has spread to other parts of the body beyond the breast area
- People who have inflammatory breast cancer (a type of breast cancer that causes redness and swelling)
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
