Who might be able to join this trial:
- Children and teenagers aged 6 to 17 years who have been diagnosed with Crohn's disease for at least 3 months, and whose disease is still active (based on specific test scores or blood/stool results) despite having already tried anti-inflammatory medicines, steroids, immune-suppressing medicines, or biologic treatments.
- Girls who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test and be using an effective form of contraception (such as abstinence, the pill, an intrauterine device, a diaphragm with spermicide, or a condom).

- People who have a known allergy to cow's milk proteins.
- People who are unlikely to be able to follow the required exclusion diet over a long period of time.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who are already taking part in another interventional clinical study.
