Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are generally well and able to carry out daily activities with little to no limitation (based on a standard health scoring system called ECOG, at level 0 or 1)
- People who have been diagnosed with prostate cancer confirmed by tissue testing, specifically a type called adenocarcinoma
- People whose prostate cancer has spread to other parts of the body and is no longer responding to hormone-lowering treatments (known as castration-resistant metastatic prostate cancer)

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose cancer is clearly getting significantly worse, such as those who have developed cancer-related pain requiring strong opioid pain medicines, those whose treating doctor believes they urgently need chemotherapy, or those whose general health has declined significantly (ECOG level 3 or worse)
- People who have signs that cancer is pressing on the spinal cord
- People who have had another cancer diagnosis within the past 5 years, not including certain minor skin cancers (non-melanoma skin cancer) or very early-stage cancers that have not spread (in-situ cancers)
